When performing a leak located on a plumbing leak of unknown origin, I have to wear a headset to operate the acoustic listening equipment. It’s essentially the same technology as a doctor’s stethoscope when listening to a patient’s heart. When used on your plumbing, I can hear the knocks, pings and whooshing sounds to determine what the issues are. For years, every time I put on the equipment, I had customers tell me it reminds them of a Doctor. So, when I formed this company, I thought I would capitalize on that idea, and Doctor Leak Seek was born.
